During coaching effective listening, support and working with you are all implemented in a safe and supportive environment, I will guide you to bring about clearer understanding of your problems, issues, concerns, thoughts and feelings, and help you transform them by skilful listening, questioning, reflecting, tools, techniques, processes, encouraging, challenging and supporting.
Where appropriate I will use proven methods for change to enable you to see things from a new perspective, think about problems differently, and provide new insights, ‘a-ha’ moments, so you gain new clarity, understanding and confidence.
Your coaching will require your commitment, as it is only with your commitment and your willingness that you can achieve the change you seek.
HEALING THERAPY & COACHING COMBINED
By combining healing therapy & coaching many clients work with me because they are unsure whether they would benefit best from traditional therapy or coaching sessions. Typically therapy looks into the past to help resolve something whilst coaching is future paced and goal orientated however often I believe that combining both approaches often works best.
Each session is tailored for you as each individual is different. Your coaching can also have a therapeutic element as well as being practical and pro-active.
Often times people struggle to reach a goal because of something they have not resolved from their past, finding the root cause of the issue or block can be hugely beneficial and transformational to resolve the blockage as well as applying practical steps, creating new mental processes, tools you can use on your own away from the session or challenging ideas.
